Please carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) governing the use of Olive Glitters Cleaning Services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Service Agreement:
- Olive Glitters Cleaning Services agrees to provide cleaning services, and the client agrees to pay for these services as outlined in the agreed-upon terms.
- Booking and Payment:
- To book a cleaning session, clients can use our online booking form or contact our customer service team. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning session. We accept various payment methods, and details are provided in our invoices.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning session by providing at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 72 hours of confirmation may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds:
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation. Refunds, when applicable, are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Privacy Policy:
- Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, clients consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- Property Access:
- Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. If access is not possible, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Safety and Liability:
- While our team follows strict safety protocols, clients are responsible for securing valuable or delicate items. Olive Glitters is not liable for damages that occur due to client negligence.
- Overtime Charges:
- Overtime charges may apply if a cleaning session extends beyond the agreed-upon timeframe based on inaccurate information provided during the onboarding session. Clients will be informed of overtime charges before work continues.
- Service Satisfaction:
- Clients are encouraged to inspect the premises after a cleaning session and report any concerns within 24 hours. We will address and rectify valid concerns in a timely manner.
- Termination of Service:
- Olive Glitters reserves the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms, misconduct, or any other reasonable grounds.
- Changes to Terms:
- Olive Glitters may update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
